Welcome
The East Columbus church of Christ is a non-denominational congregation seeking to imitate the pattern of New Testament Christianity. We practice those things recorded in the New Testemant as the continuing work and worship of local churches. We are striving to be Bible-based, Christ-centered, and service-oriented in the ways that Jesus has appointed.
Churches, as described in the New Testament, are made up of people, believing christians. A church is not a buiding where people meet or an organization to join, like a club. In the Bible, we see that churches are a collection of people who had heard the gospel (the good news about Jesus) and obeyed it to become disciples (followers) of Jesus. Acts 14:21-23.
It is our sincere hope that you will come and worship with us. We believe that you will find our practices consistent with the Bible and trust that you will find our church family a place where you are welcome and truly feel at home.
